1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Carrier Information:

  • All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@horizonsupplements.com so we can assist you.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used supplements unless there is a quality or safety issue.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@horizonsupplements.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product.
